Class Name: ABLE Focus on Wellness
Class Description: Focus on Wellness is a 2-hour reinforcement module that is part of the “Active [Bystandership] for Law Enforcement” (ABLE) program. The purpose of the class is to focus learning on the health and wellness pillar of ABLE by teaching the indicators of health and wellness challenges as well as strategies to help ourselves and others. This reinforcement module is designed to be taught by one or two certified ABLE instructors.
Requirements: Must have previously taken the ABLE 8 hour course
