Class Name: Houston Regional Amber & Emergency Alerts System Issuance with Alzheimer/Dementia & Autism Training
Class Description: Attendees will receive an overview of the Missing Persons Issue, Resources for Law Enforcement at the local, state and national levels, as well as receive hands-on Amber and other Emergency Alerts issuance training. Training will also include information pertaining persons who suffer from Alzheimer’s/Dementia and Autism and how these diseases can cause them to go missing. Training will also include things for law enforcement officers to consider in these cases to help locate these individuals.
