Class Name: New Supervisor
Class Description: This course is designed to meet and exceed the requirements for TCOLE course 3737 and includes civil liability, planning and organization, employee evaluations, report writing and more. A peace officer appointed to the officer's first supervisory position must receive in-service training on supervision as part of the course provided for the officer during a 24-month period - the 12-month period prior to appointment date to the 12-month period after the date of that appointment.
Requirements: Student must be a supervisor or anticipate promotion to supervisor
